How do I get NOC for Indian minor passport in Dubai UAE

Congratulation of having your lovely, adorable baby. you must be very happy and joyful.

If you are Non resident Indian (NRI) who is currently working and living in Dubai or Abu Dhabi UAE, and wants to bring your new born into Dubai UAE. You require Indian passport of your baby, to apply new passport both parents have to be present in Indian passport office. If both Father and Mother is present while applying new passport, things will be smooth and you will get your new borns passport within 8-10 days.

If one of you aren’t available while applying for new passport, then you need to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) / sworn affiliated from father/mother to along with other document. If you have Dubai Visa stamped on your passport you can get NOC/sworn affidavit in Indian Consulate Dubai office.

Required Things

  1. You need to go at IVS Global Attestation Office (You can’t send somebody else it require personal presence)
  2. Valid passport in original.
  3. Photo copy of followings.
    • Passport Front page.
    • Passport back page.
    • Visa page.
    • If you have renew your passport in Dubai UAE then first of first page copy of passport, where its indicate Issued in Dubai. Birth Certificate.


You need to go really early like say around 6:15 AM, to get token, don’t be late otherwise there will be crowd.

IVS Global Working hours are from 8 AM till 2 PM after 12 they won’t give you token. don’t try going late you will be disappointed.

Generally it take around 30 Minutes once you get your token, to finish your job, they can courier your NOC directly to India if you pay courier charges.

I had to pay 126 AED including Courier charges. They said it will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
